We held Positively UK’s first Service User Forum last September, where we set our intention to turn it into a regular event where you can have your say about the direction of our services.
Many of you told us you wanted to attend social events open to all people with HIV. We are delighted to inform you that the healthcare company BUPA has generously provided us funding for four social outings that are open to everyone living with HIV! Help us decide on the themes of these outings at the Service Users Forum.
The HIV Commission is asking for written evidence to inform a set of recommendations to end new HIV transmissions and HIV-related deaths in England. We want to consult you on the written evidence we shall submit to the HIV Commission, as well as to encourage you to submit your individual evidence.
Next, you will also have the opportunity to discuss and comment on Positively UK’s directions and plans for 2020.
The Service Users Forum will also provide you with a space for informal discussions with peers over light snack and drinks.
