Join the Mixed Social Evening on Wellbeing and Self Care with Ana from Living Well.

We often forget to put ourselves first. The social will take place between 6-7:45pm.

  • The Practice of looking after one’s own basic needs is to care for oneself.

Self-care is the most important way to boost and maintain both emotional and physical health. Many of us today neglect this due to lack of time, and then negatively can impact our lives.

 

It is good to share, inspire and empower each other.
