Out to Swim is an Aquatics Club for adults based in London, Brighton and Bristol. Founded 25 years ago by a small band of enterprising swimmers from the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual,Trans) community, most of our members are LGBT, although we welcome all adults with an interest in aquatic sport, including disabled swimmers. All we ask is that members show equal respect to each other, irrespective of any difference in age, sexual orientation, gender, faith, ethnic origin, nationality, or on any other grounds.
OutPlay Squash is a London based squash group for LGBT+ squash players and friends.
We welcome players of all ability levels and cater for complete beginners up to very good club players.
Our social sessions attract a range of players from London and beyond, and aim to improve everyone’s game. We meet 4 times per week at several venues around central London and also organise regular social events.

Long Yang Club (LYC) was founded in the mid 1980’s as a social club for gay Asian and Westerners to integrate at a variety of social events within London. The club quickly established itself on the London scene as a friendly and welcoming social club, organising dinners and parties. In the 1990’s, LYC’s weekly Sunday karaoke and social nights became well known and much loved; its Bank Holiday parties were legendary!

London Frontrunners is an inclusive running and triathlon club for lesbians, gay and bisexual men and women, trans people and our allies. We are open to anyone, regardless of ability, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity. Formed in 1995, we are part of International Frontrunners, a network of LGBT running clubs all over the world.
We have over 500 members, ranging from recreational joggers to competitive road and cross-country athletes and everyone in between. Regardless of your level of fitness, your pace or your preferred distance, you will find members to run and train with.
