GAY MEN'S WELLBEING
As a gay or bisexual man, HIV can present its own challenges, so we are here to help you explore and understand more about living positively with HIV. Whether it’s improving your knowledge of HIV through our recently diagnosed workshops, sharing your status, dealing with sex and relationships, or improving confidence, we offer the support that is right for you!
Whether you need a one-off session or are looking for regular activities, we can tailor a support package that’s right for you. All our front-line staff as well as our peer mentors are living with HIV and are trained to provide comprehensive emotional and practical support around all aspects of living with HIV.
One to One Mentoring
Free and confidential structured support provided by trained and qualified peer mentors
As well as attending our group sessions and workshops, we can match you with a trained peer mentor who is able to provide free, independent, individual and fully confidential structured support. Positively UK will ensure you are matched with someone who has been through similar issues to yourself, giving you the support that you need.
THE GAY MEN'S GROUP
A safe and welcoming space for gay and bisexual men for discussions.
We gather on the first Saturday of each month to connect with each other, build connections and reduce isolation. We have responded to the pandemic by providing both in person and online group activities to support you through these ever-changing times. Each month focusses on a different theme, and we lay on a nice lunch! Past themes have included dating and relationships, drugs and alcohol, chemsex, the future of HIV treatment, PreP, U=U, travelling when living with HIV.

WELLNESS WORKSHOPS
We believe in improving the confidence and knowledge for our community at Positively UK and do this throughout the year. Our aim is to improve the wellness, interaction and confidence of our gay and bisexual men. Ranging from yoga, nutrition to everyday mindfulness practices, there’s something for everyone.
